Row Independent Harvester
This harvester operates independently of the plant rows. It is available in two models: the Big Drum and the Quattro. The Big Drum offers
a cutting width of 1.25 meters while the Quattro offers a cutting width of 2.5 meters. The machine chops the maize and propels it into a trolley. It operates
in the same configuration as the forage harvester i.e. a tractor tows a row independent harvester as well as a trolley. Depending on the model,
it can harvest up to 8 acres/hour. High productivity and lower costs offered by the machine directly contribute towards improving the farm's efficiency
and increasing its milk yield.
The Row Independent Harvester is manufactured in Turkey by Fimaks Makina A.s. and meets strict
Conformité Européene (CE)
standards.
